Educational Qualification
Post Graduate Degree in Urban and Regional Planning/ Urban Planning/Regional Planning/ Traffic and Transport Planning /Housing from a recognized Institution/University/ M.Tech or equivalent
OR
Bachelor in Planning/Bachelor of Technology in Planning or its equivalent educational qualification from a recognized institution/ university and three years’ work experience in Urban and Regional Planning in Central Government/ State Government/ Union Territory/ Recognized University/ Recognized Institution or Public Sector undertaking or Semi Government Institution.
OR
1-Associate Membership of at least one of the following Institutions.
A- Institute of Town Planners (India).
B- American Institute of Town Planners.
C- Royal Institute of Town Planners (London).
